I had a fantastic experience at Extra Space Storage on 105th in Chicago. Last week, a young lady there was incredibly helpful, especially considering the cold weather. My only concern was the snow wasn’t shoveled by the door so moving through the snow was not the most efficient way. I think corporate needs to handled that differently. Then today, February 13th, 2026, a young gentleman assisted me with a seamless transfer to another unit. Both times, the service was quick and easy, and I was in and out in no time. Highly recommend this location!

Extra space storage has excellent customer service! Sheema went above and beyond to assist me when the app would not load on my phone and the unit door wouldn’t open! She is patient and very professional! She even called me when we left a valuable item out of the unit when most people probably would have taken it. I very much appreciated working with her today.
