I had an amazing experience using this storage facility. The entire check-in and sign-up process was incredibly fast and flexible. The property is squeaky clean, well-lit, and very secure. Tracy at the front desk was absolutely wonderful—she went above and beyond to make sure I got a great rate and had everything I needed. Navigating the climate-controlled building using the mobile app is seamless, and the elevators require codes that only grant access to your specific floor, which gives great peace of mind. Highly recommend this North Park location if you want reasonable prices and top-notch customer service!

I cannot emphasize how much help Tracy was to me and my team. We had a very stressful job to get through and needed extra space fast! She provided everything we needed to successfully complete our job. We got boxes, packing paper, and ended up renting 4 storage units from her.
