Their business practices reflect a cold, uncompromising attitude that prioritizes strict financial compliance over human compassion. Potential renters or tenants should carefully consider the potential risks and emotional toll of engaging with such an unforgiving management team, as their interactions suggest a complete disregard for individual hardships and a purely transactional view of housing relationships.

I recently visited Storage Post to look for a storage locker for my furniture. When I walked into their spacious lobby, I was greeted by three different employees—Devin, David, and Raina. They took the time to show me several storage options that would work well for the items I’m looking to store. The facility is very efficient, well run, and well maintained. I will definitely choose this location once I finalize my storage needs.

Although I was upset someone broke into my locker & stole all of my esthetician equipment/household materials. I have to mention the exceptional customer service I was able to recieve from the new management. There was a guy walking around making Sure he was monitoring the facility as well as the guy at the front desk who helped me with an insurance claim+ a new lock. I wanted to thank you personally for being attentive, alert and on top of business. As soon as I mentioned an issue with my old lock he took the steps to drill it off for me free of charge. I appreciate you all caring about my items and explaining what happened! I was having a terrible day after finding the unfortunate events and the staff remained calmed and didn't trigger an even further attitude. Thank you so much Max For being very knowledgeable about your job and having a calm spirit

Devon was great help and very precise and fast this guy went out his way to help a family in need he was awesome strong customer services skills that respectfully I will continue to come and store my items thanks and god bless Devon
