While I was a little worried by a friend's account of getting set up in this storage center online a couple of years ago, my experience was honestly great, because I went in person during open hours in the office. Eric provided excellent service, helped me figure out exactly what I needed, and got everything processed very quickly while still answering all my questions. The storage space itself is great - just what I needed.

I’ve rented here around 6 months so far and they have increased the price from under $100 a month to over $200 a month coming April 1. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! There have been no real improvements to the property (like lights that actually work on the fourth floor) and they increase the cost without calling people back, for example when they increased the cost last time I called and they said Eric would call me back momentarily, and Eric never called me. Again, DO NOT RENT HERE, avoid avoid avoid. Now I need to either find a better place for my items or pay over $1200 for the next 6 months of storage. ridiculous
