Yes I would like to explain my experience at storage rentals of America ,,, Being a customer of storage rentals of America has been one of of the best experiences I have ever received,staff there are very professional absolutely helping and most importantly intrigued to helping customers and live ideal situation to help grow there reputation and and professional skills and honesty between cosomers leading them to the right choice and price when looking for a safe direction to go when in small or big uncertaintys upon being new to renting storage units and being a new or old existing customer.... .....I received fabulous service from there team and honesty that made me 100% trusting and respect for there hard work and dedication on prioritizng there customers and building a great trusting hand when needed... thank u ,definitely recommend coming here first before others if able ...

Went pricing different storage units and when I called the office Kayleigh answered and was able to help me find the main office and when I got there she and Amber welcomed me. They took me to the lot and showed me different units within my price range and explained the process of renting with Storage rentals of America.

I thought I was able to praise this company a few weeks ago. I was seriously wrong. They have placed a lien on me, and upped the bill to over $300. I have to let others know, I never even signed a contract with them. They've never had my property in storage. They're just being greedy. BELOW WAS MY ORIGINAL REVIEW. TIME HAS SHOWN IT TO BE FALSE HOPE. Wanted to share an excellent customer experience I'd had. Recently SROA Acquired a storage facility, just a week after I'd moved some things out. I was accidentally charged for a month of service on their books, so I had to call in and fix it. Derrica from their help line was able to send the head office an email on my behalf. She was very pleasant, and was patient with me while I found the documentation she needed. Glad to see their processes aren't broken, and their people are kind!
