1 Star – Avoid at All Costs My experience with Storage Rentals of America has been nothing but a headache. When I decided to cancel my unit, it took nearly five months of back-and-forth to get it done. During that time, they kept trying to charge my card every month, even though I had made it clear I was no longer using the service. To make matters worse, every time I called, I had to re-explain the entire situation from the beginning—as if there were no records or documentation of any previous conversations. It was extremely frustrating and showed how poorly managed their system is. They eventually refunded me, but the amount of effort it took wasn’t worth it. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company, especially if you value your time and don’t want the nightmare of trying to cancel a service that should be straightforward.
