The staff is great. I had to move out because the storage rates kept going up. It got too expensive to stay. Be careful when renting here. They offer a good rate at first, but it increases quickly within a few months.

But, when rented my unit from this facility, I recognized, almost immediately, that there was nothing, even remotely close to, mediocre about this location. Every step of the process has been undeniably exceptional, which included remarkably phenomenal customer service. From the ease and convenience of renting, and having immediate access to, my unit online on a Sunday during hours when the office was closed; to the incredible customer service skills of the manager, Katherine, when I spoke to her the following day about some questions and concerns I had in reference to my storage unit. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of a storage unit.
