I wish there was a dumpster on site or even a garbage can. Other than that, so far so good.

overall just what i was looking for

Looking for a storage may have been a costly thing but no since I was looking for something short term without costing alot. Angela was very helpful and made sure I understood everything there was to offer.

Great! Customer service.

I was very impressed at how the employees handle a new client. So very helpful to get the right fit for me. At each location in Elgin- Paula & Laura Jo were SO HELPFUL!! Very appreciated that they made my experience with moving & finding a storage less stressful.
