If I were to recommend any storage spot it would be this 1 because of Raquel knowledge and professionalism alone.She even recommended me to her other location so I can park my boat as well. Caroline GerkenThe property manager at the Genoa city location quite literally had me in tears. Times are tough and she acknowledged that and did everything in her power to help us out. Strongly suggest the Genoa city location if you want to truly feel taken care of. I’m not sure if there’s more than one property manager, but always ask for Raquel! Truly, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Ty GibsonI recently closed a unit located at the SROA in Gurnee. The 2 ladies that were there were extremely helpful. This was a bittersweet moment as I was closing my sisters storage unit who had passed away in 2021. If I ever need a storage unit I will definitely come back to SROA. These girls need an award for their professionalism.
