It’s rare to come across service like this, and it truly made a great first impression. Highly recommend based on the outstanding customer care alone!

We just had a very good experience with Hamza at the Highland Park storage location. He was very thorough, patient, exp look aimed everything in detail and had a good impression on us overall! Good job Hamza, and we recommend this facility highly. We’ve been with the facility a while but we are transferred to a larger unit!

Renters beware: It's all good when you start with them, and you'll happily give them five-star reviews, but know that there's zero loyalty for long-term (3+ years) customers. We got jacked with a 31% increase after years of being great paying customers. We prepaid for most years annually. Now there is no incentive to, just a "maybe they'll keep you at the same rate if you do, but no guarantees" response to the question. We feel taken advantage of. #stuck

I highly recommend Extra Space Storage for your storage rental needs. I needed storage units quickly and they provided me with two units close to one another and easily accessible for a great price. When I unwittingly lost my keys to one of them during my move they quickly solved the problem and got me back into my unit with a new lock and key right away. I am very happy with my decision to use their company for my storage needs and feel that my valuables are very safe with them.

This place is awesome. Special shout out to Hamza he helped me check in for the first time. He was very fast on the computer and knew the place like the back of his hand. I would have taken a long time trying to find my unit on my own. Love that my unit was spotless and clean. The overall facility was well maintained and clean as well. Worth every penny. Very helpful whenever you need anything. 10/10 recommend! Thank you again Hamza!
