I have been a customer of this location for over a year and a half which was not my plan or intended length of stay, due to unfortunate circumstances I had to leave behind my valuables abruptly to move out of state. HOWEVER, I just want to say that Joanne has been such an amazing support and I appreciate her for going the extra mile to ensure my belongings are safe and I know what’s going on. I’ve experienced tremendous loss, having a difficult time financially and although I have experienced some rude representatives before , Joanne has ALWAYS been so kind and nonjudgmental which goes a long way. She has advocated for me, offered words of encouragement which is hard to come by and words are not enough to express my gratitude for the way she cares for the customers here. I needed parking space for my box truck rather urgently. The phone barely rang when Teri picked up. She gave me all the information I needed very efficiently. She was very friendly, and she got my paperwork processed in no time. The storage location is very accessible, and very clean. I'm happy to give them my business. Would highly recommend

I went into the office frustrated with the transition of ownership. This location was purchased from Extra storage. In my opinion the transition was not smooth from a customers perspective. Joann (office personnel) was able to help me understand the billing process during the transition. Customer service was ineffective at this process. I now realize that public storage is giving me a better deal than Extra Storage. Thank you Joann!

On duty attendant Felicia is with out a doubt a people person and a team player, always cheerful and professional, willing to help and is very knowledgeable, she takes pride in her job and making her customers feel comfortable throughout their transaction with her...Great job Felicia, keep up the good work!!!
