CubeSmart just took over the storage locker and they made a great decision in putting Fawn in charge of it. She is incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She is also extremely responsive. I emailed her and got immediate responses. When I stopped in the office with a couple of questions,, she went above and beyond to make sure that Everything I needed was handled. And took the extra steps to give me additional information and help me learn about the most effective ways to manage my account there. She encouraged me to contact her anytime if I needed anything. This was a first class exhibition of customer service. Thank you, Fawn.

I stopped into the office at CubeSmart because the lock to our unit was not working. Fawn said she would put a new lock on and let me know when it was done. She called within 2 hours and had completed the work and our unit was accessible again. I highly recommend CubeSmart for your storage needs and Fawn was great to work with.

Didn’t realize the previous owner of the facility sold to cube smart until we got a call from them. Initially I worried that a big company won’t have service as good as a small business, but so far the staff there has been great. Fawn has been wonderful- she’s super friendly and more than willing to help with anything.

Their website claims they have “indoor” storage but they do not…which is what I was looking for to keep my things somewhat climate controlled, but I settled because I needed storage ASAP. It was quick and easy to sign up and sign everything via my phone/the mobile app. I love that you can use the app to enter the gate! Very convenient. The staff is friendly.
