Been at machesney pk units for awhile..old owners sold to new owners..now being made to have insurance or pay them ..used to be able to drop payment of now mail it or online or automatic payment...I made a payment for June came back wrong address.i have the envelope..I don't see it..so they sent me letter saying auction off my stuff, I'm late 2 months. But I mailed a check for June July and August. Three weeks now they say they don't have my check. Where's it at? Now in order get my stuff I had to pay over phone. Now rent jumping way up, because they say this property is 70 PERCENT BELOW average.they sent me a letter saying I gotta pay by July 17 but I didn't get the letter till after the 17

Duane HallHad a door since the place was built. Had to turn it back in in 6 months they have doubled the price. Told us what was going to happen there as far as upgrading. The only thing upgraded was the gate.
