If i could give this 0 stars I would. If you're late on your bill at all they cut your locks off and replace them with theirs. My account is current and I'm now locked out of my units for no reason. I was in there yesterday and my code works in the gate. Not to mention, every number they have plays the same message and just loops back into itself endlessly leading you no where. There is no live assistance or actual people to communicate with when things go wrong. I don't recommend.

We have been with this storage unit for three years now. Always paid on time and we’re faithful customers. We were going to move out on the 1st of January, but were then able to bump up the move on the 30th the month prior to save money. The manager told us that we were already “locked” into the system for paying the next month rent and couldn’t be refunded. So $56 extra for nothing. Seems a bit odd and fishy business. Would have rated 5 stars had this not happened.

Land of Lincoln Storage is a fast and easy way to store your belongings. The storage units are well lit and clean with convenient 24 hour access. I personally liked how the facility has a security fence surrounding the building paired with an access code gate. I knew my belongings would be safe and secure. I would gladly do business with Land of Lincoln Storage in the future.
