An email was sent last week: “a sprinkler line serving units 661 through 705 has ruptured. We strongly encourage all tenants with units in this range to visit the property and inspect their stored belongings for any potential water damage.” Nearly everything in my unit was been damaged. As of Wednesday, allegedly, another tenant told me that the sprinkler was still leaking water into the unit. Response to Storage of America: Yes! There are things you can help with; hiring a flood remediation crew and getting the leak fixed would help tremendously!

Been storing household items for almost 4 years. Everything is exactly the way I left it. No damage and kept at a perfect temperature as the building is temperature controlled. Building is monitored and safe. Highly recommended

Was a really fast process.. done on line.. Found I needed more space.. she got me the same sz. Right next door. She made it really easy. And got a great deal.. There was only one issue I didn't find the very many carts to move my things to the storage unit. But all in all it was a good experience very close to my location too..

It had a been a smooth process, the facility is amazing. It is clean and you can drive inside to load and unload your belongings. The price is fantastic for what you get!

The indoor storage shed was a convenient way to store equipment for my business. It was also a great way to avoid carrying equipment through unpleasant weather because I could drive into the facility and transport my equipment on a cart in the temperature controlled building.
