By simply looking at the condition that the buildings, landscape, lot, that property is fenced in with gated access immediatly tells you that this is a well cared for & looked after property. My experience with the owner is that he is honest & straightforward in his commitment to you as a tenant and also his expectations from you, which is another quality signal.
