This Mundelein storage facility is well lit, clean, solid brick, and easy for me to access but the main reason I rent here is Sammy. He is knowledgeable and attentive, and his upbeat personality turns StorageMart into a pleasant place to visit. Outstanding service is rare these days so it’s good to know I can count on Sammy.

Sammy was very helpful on my moving day, was very responsive for my phone calls when I had a last minute change in plans and was moving in a day early. The place was clean and the lobby was comfortable to wait as my moving company loaded my belongings into my unit. Clear signage and maps throughout the place made it easy to find my unit.
