From the moment I walked in, everything was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free—and that’s entirely thanks to Ron and the incredible service he provides. Ron went above and beyond in every sense of the word. He was welcoming, patient, and took the time to explain all the options clearly, without rushing or trying to upsell anything unnecessary. He answered every question thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my decision before moving forward. That kind of care and attention just isn’t common anymore. What really stood out was Ron’s professionalism and pride in his work. This is my first day. Move in. Ron was at the desk and helped me get checked in and take care of my paperwork. He was very personable. Gave me great directions to my space took the time to walk me through the entire process. Space was very clean and it was easy to maneuver through the halls (I did not choose a up front space). So far a very good experience.

As far as customer service goes and the review of the people working here. Ron was extraordinarily helpful and part of the only reason this review isn't lower. I struggled with the regular rising cost of the unit. I started at a promotional rate of $40 which then went to $60 which I knew was going to happen and was planned for. But, within a few months it was supposed to double to $120 when the place was bought out by storage mart. Ron helped me reduce that to $90 a month out of good will and customer service. But eventually when my proof of rental insurance lapsed they forced a $30-40 a month insurance policy on the unit. When I finally left I was paying $140 a month for this same unit. The actual place and the functionality of the storage facility is great though. Still barely temperature controlled in the winter. It is protected from the elements but my unit in one of the out buildings was regularly below freezing during the winter. I think most of my concerns are just about how these storage places work and ultimately this one is better than average with a superb employee helping make things better.
