Loving my experience at StorageMart so far. Online signup was a breeze. They quickly refunded the lock fee when I discovered I had my own cylinder lock that fit my unit. The manager in the office was so kind. I love the secure doors and that they have hand carts you can borrow. So far, so good! Waiting to see how busy a weekend day is.

The manager Jeffree was super duper helpful when I booked a unit and realized an hour later that I didn't need it after all, when I found a friend who could store my things in their house instead. Jeffree didn't give me any legal runaround but just canceled the booking right away and submitted a full refund without taking out any admin fees. He was very kind and understanding. This facility is run by Metro storage and they are owned by a very scrupulous and kind family in Lake Forest whom I have met. I will be happy to give them my business in the future when I need storage!

Been planning to write this for several weeks, but too busy helping my mother-in-law move to senior living. Just want to give a shout out to Jeffree for his recent assistance helping my mother-in-law secure a storage unit to help facilitate her move. He took the time to help review the family needs, showed us a series of options and provided a great solution. Excellent customer service!
