All representatives very pleasant, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful however, trying to get through to someone is a nightmare phone not being answered messages not being returned, but like I said once I got through to a live person, not AI, and the process was very pleasant and smooth and like I said people were extremely helpful and I really appreciate it. I do wonder though from hearing odd noises and rustling around in other units, are people living in them?
