Changed from cubesmart was not notified by the new company, no front desk person anymore, was locked into the gate (after spending 20 minutes trying to get in the gate) almost had to call the police because we couldn’t even get out of the gate!!!!! Person on the phone is AI, hard to even get a real worker to understand and help you. After finally speaking with someone and paying $500 for the bill (since I had no idea it switched and was behind) was locked out of the storage unit for 25 days, called 10-15 times, told me they would send someone to find out the code to the lock they put on it, (after they CUT my OWN lock off when they switched companies) now today I can finally get in, and I want to cancel my subscription because this is a mess, and they tell me I have less then 24 hours to get everything out. What a joke, guy on the phone said he gets calls like this all day long, he said this is normal, and he agreed we should be paid back for the money we paid and could not access it. Would not recommend moving to a storage unit with an onsite person.

My daughter has a storage unit there when it was Cube Smart. We were not notified of the change. She can't make a payment for the October rent and there's no account for her. Is this how you run a business.

I don’t know what happened when it was cube smart it was great Tammy was awesome now they changed to 10 federal and took me off my direct pay now I owe 270 dollars an they’re trying won’t help me I can’t get anyone on the phone or chat this isn’t right the late charges aren’t right

Wow Tammy is such an awesome person ! She was super helpful in such a challenging time. Thanks so much for making this difficult time better and actually a breeze some good people still left round here ! Oh yeah extremely clean and fair priced storage. Wouldn’t go anywhere else but cube!
