Access hours are great and the location is next to Plainfield Police so I feel safe with having my belongings here. The reception was very nice and professional I highly recommend this location. Prime Flat Equipment is the real deal. They carry everything you need for trucking — straps, chains, tarps, coil racks, headracks — and the quality is top-notch without crazy prices. I’ve been running their gear for a while, and it holds up the way it’s supposed to. No issues, no surprises. This is equipment you can rely on when the load actually matters. You can tell it’s made by people who’ve been out here and know the job. Heard plenty of solid feedback from other drivers running their stuff too. This is not low cost storage… we paid for higher cost unit to “lock in longer term price online” within couple months for email raising rate over $40! BUYER BEWARE!!!! First 1.5 months could not get into unit & nobody there they sg they fixed she did not, disappointing service.
