Stay far away. I had thousands of dollars worth of property stolen from my storage unit, and this facility has no security system whatsoever. The staff had no idea what to do when it happened no help, no solutions, nothing. They told me nothing would be done, not even reimbursing me for canceling my service mid month. To make matters worse, when I tried to close my account, they couldn’t figure out how to cancel it until someone else finally showed up, leaving me waiting over an hour to move out. Absolutely unacceptable. Run.

I am happy with my belongings in a safe secure climate controlled place I have alot stuff in between moving and I have a habit of shopping at thrift stores and I crowd my apt with clothes so I store them and I'm a pack rat so truly this place is nice convenient and easy to access your unit they have carts available to transfer your boxes and things back forth from your vehicle to the unit ,and the front desk is there most the time she's a nice lady.i am happy with this place 😁little bit costly for me I guess I have to figure out why I'm paying so much maybe it has to do with them having to purchase my rental insurance instead of me getting it for the unit I have to update that info and get the payment lower I could always use a smaller unit ..

The locker doors of this facility are very difficult to open and close especially if you have abdominal injuries. The latches on the locker doors jam constantly. They say climate controlled but the thermostat was showing a very warm 78. No climate controlled storage houses should be above 74. Locker access not until 6am. Nobody on sight to help with the sticky locker doors on the weekend.

Rose checked me in and was very friendly and helpful and explained everything kindly and in detail . I also picked this facility for its safe location .
