This facility is a temperature-controlled building, all units are inside the building. Our facility has a state-of-the-art camera security system that records 24 hours a day. Hidden charges

Have to have insurance (tacked onto monthly bill) and have to use a certain lock (which they sell)for the insurance to pay out if there is a need. (Neither was required at my last storage unit.) Beginning paperwork takes a while. Everything else was fine/nice. The facility has small units that other places don't have. Even with insurance, this space was less expensive than renting a larger space that I didn't need. Very clean. Nice manager.
