Tracy GibbsPrices keep going up. No one on staff to help with issues. They had a pipe burst and my unit has standing water in it and they want me to file a claim. There was no heat in the building when I went to check out the damage to my whole house of belongings I have stored there. I was told I'd get a free month of rent and instead they charged me for 2 months at once. It's totally ridiculous.
