Storage Sense - Romeoville

The storage itself seems very secure, and I’ve had my units (3) for a few months now. After the winter and all the heavy rain, I’m happy to report none of my items were damaged by weather or anything of the sort. One of my units, since the beginning, has had an issue with the door being almost impossible to close on our own. I’ve emailed several times about it and when I finally got some type of response/solution a few months in, it was to move to a different unit. Unless they wanted to pay for movers (because I used a mover to get my stuff in) that wasn’t really a great option for me. Also, the price of the units went up, basically doubling what I was initially paying for, yet no improvements (like the door) were made. Overall, minus 1 star for price and the door issue. Huge shoutout though to Melissa (and her muscles) who helped me close the unit door. With her help, I feel more confident visiting my unit and taking things out, since I have been actively avoiding it to not deal with closing the impossible door. She was also just very nice in general and is helping me readdress my door issue as well with management.

I've been with them since before Storage Sense took over. But even when Storage Sense took over, the new staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating any time we needed a new unit. Most recently, I was helped by Melissa and she was very friendly and helpful, and the manager was very friendly and helpful too. Prices are very reasonable for the sizes offered. I recommend Storage Sense to anyone who is looking for a storage unit. I do wish that there was lighting for the rows on the right (there is only lighting for the rows on the left) and I wish the road was paved instead of gravel. Those are my only two grievances.

The representative Melissa was very helpful explaining the storage capabilities and easily coordinated my agreement/transaction quickly. Customer service was excellent. Units very clean. Price a bargain. I recommend Storage Sense for people that need their belongings safe and secure.
