DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE !!!!! the units have no ceiling allowing for the units and your property to be fished out from above by individuals LIVING within the storage facility and the management refuses to acknowledge or prevent this from happening. Multiple times we returned to find missing items and we took photos of our storage unit belongings in a completely different arrangement with each visit showing that the items had been gone through. The insurance that they use is completely useless and the claim is virtually impossible to follow through with. We made it it with only part of our belongings and a loss of thousands of dollars. The entry is always open and the paper thin doors on the units are a bigger joke than the units having NO celings . The Springfield location always has the same people hanging out in the units LIVING in them . Avod at all costs !! Also the manager Ashley refuses to do anything about the issue

The facility changed hands during our rental period - rent had gone up and up to a whooping $140 when all was said and done. Very sparce communication from management considering our unit was full of mouse droppings when we came to collect our things. There are better places to store your belongings!

First time storage unit renter here. Ashley is a very nice person and very adamant in making sure all questions were answered. Made my first visit a very pleasant experience. She answered all questions I had and even others my partner had. 5 stars, keep her on staff!

Really frustrating experience with this facility. I rented a unit online as I was coming from out of state. I received an access code and unit number via email. I called the facility a couple days before move in and they said I was all set to move in. I arrived at the unit the day of move in (which was a Sunday) Code did not work and I was not able to access unit. I went back the next day Monday during business hours. There appeared to be lights on in the office but no one around. We were able to get into the facility because the door was propped open. Found flattened dead mice along the path but proceeded to our assigned locker and found it to be unlocked but still had someone else’s belongings in it. Tried calling the office several times, no answer. Ended up calling our credit card to reverse charges and got out of there. Found another rental facility that was amazing and went above and beyond. I would avoid this place.

Don't store your stuff here, I had a lot of nice things rats & mice ruined everything and the insurance was a joke.. I have pictures.
