Horrible service since it changed hands. They post hours and very rarely is anyone in the office. I have called and no one answers. I leave messages and no on returns my calls. I went today to pay my rent and they told me my unit went up in price $14 per month. I have never received any notice of a price increase at all. I was told it was taxes. Plus the gates were closed at 10:00 am. I asked why and they said they keep them closed when no one is in the office. Well there were two people finally in the office. It’s been a huge mess since they changed hands. I am very unhappy with the service and will be moving out asap

The new ownership of "Storage Sense" is horrible! I miss the White Oaks Mini Storage people! I've rented units here for about 15-20 years, and currently I'm sitting here and there is no one here...their customer service and the door state that hours are 9am-2pm on Saturdays. I was told the manager may be at another location. The customer service rep reached the manager and the manager, Angela, "doesn't have an assistant and won't be in until Monday because she doesn't work weekends". Also, the main gate is WIDE OPEN to the public, when it's a coded, locked gate. Also, the late fees are ridiculous. I will be looking for a new Storage facility ASAP.

Moved out of our unit in December and sent to email according to the posted signs. They still took the unit rent out of our account for January. Spoke to them and was promised a refund, which we still have not received.

VERY safe and secure. I liked the various sizes of storage units, esp. smaller, they offered. Well-maintained and accessible. This is a great storage place!

White Oaks Mini storage is a very nice facility. It is well maintained and a great location.
