Brand new Yukan Drive facility. I picked the climate controlled unit and there was added security with additional door code. The experience was top notch from sign up to move out. Brand new and very clean. Very good value for the size. Highly recommended.

I am less a machine sign-up person, and more a face to face person. I called and was told the storage facility I wanted was automated, but a staff member would meet me if that is what I wanted!! I was extremely grateful for the effort, friendliness and time given to help me get signed up and settled into my unit. I love the clean facility!!

Nightmare experience. Gate code i initially received did not work. When I called the office around 9am, nobody was in the office to answer. I was transfered to an out of state customer service line. I ended up getting a temporary code to the gate, however I still have not received a code that I am able to use indefinitely. I rented a temperature controlled unit and never received a code to enter the building which the customer service agent provided me with a temporary code as well. Ended up being on the phone trying to enter my unit for almost 30 minutes. What was supposed to be simple and quick ended up being a long, confusing, drawn out process. Do not recommend. I am having to call to enter my unit and go through this process everytime in the midst of moving. Very much a hassle of an experience.
