I have two units. 1 door falls, the other has a difficult sliding lock. Overall, it's just a storage facility. The price point is comparable to every other storage facility. The accessibility is comparable to every other storage facility.

From the minute I called to inquire about a space, thru setting up my account everything has been great. The Mgr even called me personally to answer a couple of questions! The rates are fantastic as well as the ease of location and the space we were assigned!

Solid place to rent a unit! The first day I was out there after getting my unit online the site manager came out and introduced himself and let me know his typical schedule in case I ever needed anything. Way nicer than anywhere else I've rented from before.

I drove up to the storage unit hoping I didn't loose all our things, but low and behold there were two gentlemen at the unit.They told us everything we need to know about the company changes and what to expect for the place. Overall we are very happy with the kind and professional treatment.

After an hour of live chat to rent a space, I arrived to find a lock on my newly rented unit. I called and was told that was the only unit of it's size and I could have a refund or pay for a larger unit. I opted for the refund. It is now over two weeks and I still have no refund. This has been the worst business experience ever. I find this company to be incompetent, unresponsive, and far less than honest. There are better storage options in the area.
