Kenya, the store manager, exceeded my expectations. Kenya is extremely professional, friendly, and really cares about meeting her customer’s needs. Kenya is a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond for me to get approval from her manager to have temporary storage for my car as our condo garage floor is undergoing renovation. All of our cars have to vacate our condo garage for 3-4 weeks. I am forever grateful to Kenya. I’m also grateful to Alex, a staff member, who went above and beyond for me as well. I researched many parking garage storage spaces. Kenya, Alex, and this Willowbrook, IL auto storage facility are OUTSTANDING. It was the only space I researched that met all of my requirements. A sensor activates entry and exit making it so convenient. The space is meticulously clean and safe. Kenya and Alex provided 5 star customer service. They are very pleasant to work with. CubeSmart is very lucky to have them in their organization. I highly recommend this location for all of your storage needs.
