I don't know where to begin, so im just going to make this as short as possible... I had been having a unit here for years, since before it was called cubesmart. The previous owners were well acquainted with their customers and we had a great relationship with them. Our unit was climate controlled and whenever the price was going to rise, we'd either get a call or letter in the mail. The new owners are like ghosts. I found out my unit rent was going up through the app after making my monthly payment. It wasn't even a notification or anything. Just the next month's invoice. I didnt get any letters, any calls or any warnings whatsoever. There's almost never anyone to answer the phones, I physically went to the facility several times (during business hours) to find no one in the office. Also, since the transfer, the rent rates have gone up tremendously. My unit is paid as climate controlled but it definitely wasn't as my things caught mold, spiders, and leaf litter from outside. There was a visible hole to the outside from underneath the corner wall. The only good thing about this location is their newest employee, Kay. She was always patient, kind, professional and informative. I wish I had taken pictures but it was 98°F and I didnt want to get more dust and spider webs on me.

This was by far the easiest and fastest online rental I've ever had to deal with in my life and it was extremely convenient giving him a very busy Chef I don't really have time to meet during office hours so I handled everything online and when I got a chance on my day off I got to go over there there's a little green lock tab on the locker I remove that open up the locker there was a welcome bag sitting on the floor with my padlock in there they already open the package for me to make it easy to install on the storage unit and there were some welcoming brochures and paperwork just very friendly hello and it was an extremely clean unit I did rent the indoor climate controlled I have not had a problem with the place yet but I am a new renter at CubeSmart I've rented it other facilities and they have not been anywhere near as clean or as easy to handle and it's actually very affordable for the size storage I received
