HONESTLY, NICOLE IS THE GURRRLLLLL!!! (she is the regional manager) SHE MADE SURE THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS CORRECT AND ALSO CREDITED MY ACCOUNT (which she didn't have to).... AND MAY I ADD THIS, I DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE STORAGE UNIT THAT I HAVE (I MEAN JUDGING BY SOME OF THE COMMENTS AND ALL) BECAUSE TRUST ME I WOULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING IF IT WAS SO.... IT'S NICE, IT'S CLEAN, IT'S NOT TOO BIG, IT'S NOT TOO SMALL, IT'S JUST RIGHT ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE!!!! THANK YOU NICOLE, GURRRLLLLL!!!!! 😀👍👋😁

I would not recommend the Zion facility at this time. They have recently undergone some local management changes and are working on improving their customer support. SROA has many fine sites to choose from and I would consider leasing from them again. Take a ride out to the facility and meet the manager. Meeting them will give you an understanding on what kind of support you'll receive, if needed. Their central office was friendly and understanding and was helpful in dealing with the local unit manager in Zion. If you have any issues that can't be overcome locally contact the national office.

PLEASE, IF YOU DON'T LIKE BED. BUGS DO NOT PUT YOUR FURNITURE IN HERE.!!!! I put my mom's furniture in this storage last month May 2026 I PROMISE YOU WHEN I OPEN UP HER STORAGE TO PUT SOME MORE STUFF IN THERE IT WAS BED BUGS COMING FROM THE CRACKS ON THE SIDE OF THE OTHER PEOPLE'S STORAGE!!! I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THEY WERE BED BUGS UNTIL THE PEOPLE DOWN.FROM ME HEARD ME SCREAMING.AND THEY RAN OVER TO ME AND SAID THOSE ARE BED BUGS!!! THEY DIDN'T EVEN UNPACK THERE TRUCK THEY LEFT!!! I WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY WERE BED BUGS SO I TOOK A PICTURE OF THEM AND I CALLED ORKIN THE NEXT DAY JUST TO MAKE SURE THAT THOSE WERE BED BUGS AND HE SAID, YES, MA'AM, THEY CAN SURVIVE IF IT'S WARM AND IT'S DARK, AND IF THE UNIT NEXT TO YOU WERE INFESTED YES, THEY CAN SURVIVE FOR A PERIOD OF TIME.!!!! I CALLED THE PEOPLE THE NEXT DAY AND TOLD THEM THEY CAN HAVE ALL THAT STUFF AND I AM GOING TO BE CALLING THE STATE!!! AND SHE SAID, I COULD HAVE MY MONEY BACK, I DON'T WANT THAT MONEY BACK. I DON'T WANT TO COME NOWHERE NEAR Y'ALL.... NO TELLING HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE MOVED THEIR STUFF OUT OF THERE , NOT KNOWING THAT THEY HAVE BED BUGS!!!! IF I WOULD HAVE TOOK MY MOM'S STUFF BACK TO HER HOUSE AFTER SHE GOT OUT THE HOSPITAL, THEY WOULD HAVE TORE MY MOM UP !!! SICKENING RIGHT!!!

By far the worst storage place I have ever rented from. When we had that heavy snow fall it took them four to five days to actually come through and plow so that cars can get in. But what they ended up doing was pushing most of the snow up against the storage units and the fence. So you had to dig your own way into your storage unit. But that's not the end of it. Once I was able to Get into my unit. Period. I couldn't get it closed. Could not get anybody there that night until the next day. Since I couldn't be there they went ahead and closed my storage unit for me. But when I went back I couldn't open the latch it's like they took something and slammed the latch shut. Not only was my experience with the storage unit horrible, but the customer service is not up to par either. When I requested to speak to a manager, they asked me if I wanted to stay on hold or have somebody call me back. I told him I wanted to stay on hold. Then they told me we will call you back. They called me back 5 hours later. Still can't get into my storage unit. Going to be moving out at the end of this month since they do not prorate your stay. Very sad experience

What USED to be Red dot, a company who actually cares for their customers, is now Rip Off Storage Center of America. They are a HORRIBLE storage unit company! Whatever you do, DO NOT GET A STORAGE UNIT HERE!!!!
