Don't rent from here they cut my lock off my unit an ransacked my storage unit an stole everything valuable in my storage unit so your stuff isn't safe at all an they want you to file a claim that you have to have receipts to everything they stole over $8000.00 dollars worth of my stuff

The facility that I rented a unit from is pretty well kept the Price is Right and it's climate controlled but I will say this someone needs to repair the carts and they need a better system when you're moving stuff in it's difficult to go in and out the door but I'm satisfied and I really can't complain

I had a great little unit.. access easy. Shortly after I rented it they closed the on site personal, all contact via offsite representative. Autopay .. then the cost kept raising and finally another raise in rent and added thier Insurance. . They no longer recognize my homeowners policy as valid. So from $10 per to $58.. It was convenient till it became expensive. And there always seemed to be people parked in lot watching as I accessed my unit.
