I’ve been been with ExtraSpace storage for a while back when it was StorageExpress, I almost left and went somewhere else. But I will say since it has become extra space storage, I’ve gotten to know my new manager Carolyn, and she has made things so easy for me. She’s very understanding she works with you and because of this, I will not be leaving ExtraSpace storage. She has made my experience here, amazing! Glad I didn’t leave. Thank you Carolyn

This place used to be so clean and nice and now it has gone to crap. The road after the gate opens is all tore up. And there is a huge dip that if not careful will tear up your car. And there is no one ever here to ask any questions to. There used to be a very nice guy here all the time. Not sure what has happened to him. The lady that answers when you call says she is the manager and she is always to busy to help over here and isn’t as good as the guy who used to be the manager. I’m moving to a different company but thought I would share why.

We had rented a storage unit, unfortunately it was to small. When I called to see about an upgrade she did everything in her power to make it happen . So sweet , understanding, patient went through everything to make sure I understood and never gave me any push back when I asked 100 questions. Now I’m not a person how leave reviews but I would highly recommend this place to everyone. They really go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and the best deal. I’m so great full to have worked with her.
