Location is excellent

Location is excellent. The customer service was great. Place is very clean and secure. This is the third time I have used Public Storage. I like that they offer climate controlled units. I'm happy to continue working with Public Storage.

Very satisfied with the staff (Linda)...

Very satisfied with the staff (Linda) and the cleanliness and ease of entry to the units. Our only complaint is we were told the first two units would be $1.00 each for the first month yet we were charged more for the 2nd one, told we'd we credited the difference. Natasha called the next day & said it was declined. I told her what we were told so she is checking on this & I'm giving a 5 star only because I am believing they will be trustworthy & give us what we were promised upfront. However their Covid-19 policy is over the top. Husband and I came in together. Rules say only 1customer allowed in at a time. Absolutely ridiculous when the customers are a married couple. Definitely overkill! ????

Highly recommend

As a first time storer, I donât have anything to compare to, but Public Storage made the renting and move in process easy and affordable. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage of any size.
