Unaware of the hoard that I have accumulated, I hastily had this dropped off to deal with alone. Panicked and overwhelmed I quickly called the office. Denise got the situation handled in less than 15 minutes by renting me a unit within a few feet from my now too small storage unit. She was fast, hospitable, kind and suspiciously understanding 🧐 She found a unit, I paid for it and since I was already a customer my info was all in there- with the exception of payment info, signed my lease online and boom! She was able to make it painless to get what I thought would be impossible handled, thank you Denise. So far the only experiences I’ve had from this facility have been good ones. My only complaint would have to be it’s not 24/7 access with code. I actually didn’t even mind the gate being open during operating times of day manned or otherwise (it was very convent when you have to meet ppl or have a convoy but don’t want to give out your access code.) Other than that, keep up the good work guys! Thank you for putting out this particular dumpster fire!!❤️

I would not recommend renting from this storage facility even if you had no other options. This place is horrible. I had a unit here for over 4 hrs which started out fine because there were different owners. ( Aunt Betty’s ) However, things changed as soon as new owners took over. Let me start with their rates. I moved in at $60 a month within six months i was already receiving notification that my rent was increasing by $35 and that continued throughout the whole duration of me renting from them. I just recently moved because my rent was up to $265 for a 5x10. Not to mention their gates never work properly. They stood open for over 6 months so anyone could just stroll in. When calling anyone you talk to was super rude! Several units were broken into and they did not send out emails letting tenants know. They charge for parking if you leave a vehicle there. Those vehicles had catalytic converters stolen off them. Again, no notification. They allow people to live in the units. If you call to make your payment that is a whole ordeal in its self. This place is a dump! I could go on! But i will leave it at this! Don’t not rent from this place period! It is trash!! I’m trying to save someone from the headache i dealt with.

This place is a disaster. The entrance gate is always open as its always broken. The buildings are damaged. There are huge gaps to the outside around the doors that go into the climate controlled hallways. The hallways smell moldy and musty. The climate controlled areas arent cold and are extremely humid. Bugs everywhere. The dumpster is always overflowing with trash and the cameras have all been spray painted so they can't see. There is no on site staff. The bushes at the entrance are overgrown. This place is just absolutely filthy and disgusting. We ended our lease here after only three months and took our things to a better place. Do not store your things at this location if you value them.

I rented for over a year, the thought of emptying a 10 by 10 renting a truck then looking for another place was just as bad as having the rent increase the next month only been there maybe 1/2 month. Then to top it all off called to inform them I was moving out. They gave instructions of what to do that's ok, but then I asked about a refund since I was being out and they just received my autopayment not even within 24 hours. I was told yes, I waited called back was then told no, so why tell me yes since I was only there less than 24 hours of them taking my money out of the bank. The lady said she was going to put in for a refund: me so I am getting a refund, lady yes they will process refund. Today no refund. Move in rent went up almost $40 Move out 1 day after pymt, did not honor their word. Never again
