Billy Kerchner provided excellent assistance to me today. I showed up right at closing last night and the door to my unit was frozen shut. He offered to assist me last night, but I recognized it was late and told him I would come back today. I showed up today, the door was still frozen shut, but Bill came walking up with a shovel and helped me access the unit. Thank you, Billy! You made my day!

I used a unit from 10/27/2025 to 11/26/2025. I told her I only needed it for one month, and she asked for a review on Google. I cleared the unit on 11/26/2025 and notified the representative at the front desk that I was moved out and the lock was off of the unit. The lady told me that she would check the unit, and I would not be charged for another month. I was charged for an additional month on 11.27.2025.
