Facility is nice and clean, plenty of parking. The staff have been good to work with, they have been cordial and helpful. We initially rented one unit, then added a 2nd unit when we realized the capacity would not be sufficient for our requirements. An issue arose when family members arrived to begin adding to the 2nd unit, but documentation from the head office hadn't been transmitted. The staff immediately helped resolve the issue so our relatives didn't have to extend their trailer rental an additional day with family heirlooms inside. VERY grateful for their help!Full Review

I am highly disappointed in the continuing deterioration of this property over the course of the time I have had this storage unit. When I first started renting in August of 2020 there were plenty of carts to be used for transporting to and from your vehicle and the outside grounds and inside hallways were reasonably clean and maintained. That is not the situation now as carts are nonexistent and junk continues to accumulate both inside and outside.Full Review
