Been renting the tiny unit for going on 2yrs, Adam was always so helpful & I pay every month. Now Zach is saying I have to pay double the amount. I've asked for the upper District manager to call me back a wk ago so I can get my bill corrected & payed & still just Steve calling for double amount. Today I called the regular customer service in hope to get it done & they also was no help saying I need to pay for next month to or getting locked out. Why would I pay next month if I'm moving my stuff out this wknd before the 1st?? Plus no upper management calling me back. Not ok

The one problem I have had wasn't even their fault and they helped me get everything sorted out in just a few minutes. I'm never using another storage place. I was a renter for over 10 years and even though I just moved my things out if I ever have a need for extra space in the future I will have absolutely use Extra Space Storage. Management (Zach) is always ready to help in any way he can and is extraordinarily fair. I highly recommend storing here.
