Extra Space Storage - 2149 - Muncie - Granville Ave

This is an awesome storage unit right near to ball state campus. The prices are very decent.Actually they're exceptional. We got a five by ten and only spent forty dollars for the entire summer because we got it for 7 dollars a month plus fees. Its very clean and everybody is very nice there. We had a little trouble with the gate once and they came right out and helped fix it. You buy a lock there and then they give it to you at the end.It is definitely the way to go.If you have a student down there, i recommend you store their belongings there between semesters.

I am a new renter here and bought a unit online. The 360 view online shows nice metal walls and ceilings. I got to my unit and the walls are old brick and the ceilings lead straight to the roof and to other units. There was a bird nest in the corner. I spoke to management about transferring units due to this issue and was told that it’s an older unit so it does not look like like the advertised 360 units. In that case, I am confused why the specific unit I bought showed a completely different looking unit. After reading through some of these reviews, I am not surprised that individuals have mouse droppings and bird feces all over their things. It is disappointing to rent something that looks NOTHING like the online representative. Do better Granville Ave location!

Overall a very positive interaction. They were able to help me get my unit, and the person working I believe his name is Paul, was very professional and personable. Will be recommending this place to my friends. Thank you!

Do NOT go to this storage space company. Open 24/7. BUT my roommates mom got one of the “climate controlled” areas for my roommates and I’s items over the summer and ALL my stuff molded. I had to get rid of half my belongings and the other I had to deep clean.
