SROA is a mess. Initially they charged me for insurance I didn't want and explicitly checked a box declining it. Everything was going alright I guess for about 3 months before they suddenly increased my monthly fee. Emailed them several times for an explanation to no response. The unit itself has a flimsy roller door to protect your things and gaps for mice to easily crawl through. Bad experience, bad taste in my mouth, looking forward to moving my things out of here ASAP. Also looking forward to the company's damage control comment below this apologizing but ultimately doing nothing to improve my opinion of their bait and switch operation.

Good place .Don't agree that prices should raise every couple of months for tenants already renting. Get deal to get you to rent but then raise rates every couple months.

I thought it was clean, easy to rent without unnecessary drama, online service was really convenient and well priced. I just moved and collected my belongings from storage after two months and half my stuff is molded from water leaking into the unit and my furniture was loaded with feces from mice. I'm really upset and had to throw half of my belongings away cause they were ruined. I'm very heartbroken over this and would not wish this on anyone.

So I'm giving Red Dot 5 stars. But we purchased a locker, arrived and it was empty! The previous owners cut off the lock and emptied the locker. I was not happy! Red dot immediately apologized and refunded our money. Still waiting for the refund from Storage Auctions .com. hopefully soon as it was a significant amount. Great service by the rep on the phone and the young lady that helped us at Red Dot #47.
