I haven’t had any problems with the Noblesville facility. And Lynn, the manager at the facility I use, is second to none!!! She’s the BEST…very friendly, understanding, and helpful! I would recommend this facility very highly!

I liked the way things are set up the units come with a lock although I think $21 is too high for the lock when ours just like yours was only $8. I didn't care for the kiosk because I kept having to have the gal repeat herself as the sound was muffled off and on plus light was shining on the kiosk causing glare to ensure it. The kiosk wouldn't work so I had to do it on my phone. The girl was very apologetic and polite made several tries. The units were clean and spacious. Much nicer than when we rented there 5 years ago
