Rate hikes of $30.00 after 4 months on a 5 ×10 storage is way to steep. Took $20.00 dollars off for this month but still way overpriced! Other than that overall decent rating!
RobI would give higher review but the price kept going up. Started at $69 monthly and within 15 months it was $190 monthly. Overall experience was good, great security and Jessica was very helpful.
Megan SlocumWe have had nothing but positive experiences with Extra Space. We were even able to request a second unit located directly next to our first unit. The process is quick and easy. I do, however, wish the price was a little cheaper. However, based on location, services, and security; I don't believe I would be able to get the same service for cheaper.
