Unfortunately it wouldn't let me post without giving one star, so please ignore the star. The facility itself isn't bad. That's where it stops. The service is non-existent. To try to get someone on the phone that can do something to help is impossible. When you do, they tell you one thing and then you discover it was a lie. When moving out, I called in advance to let them know, then they charged me the full 3-month price anyway, the 3-months for after I moved out. I never got the refund I was promised. When I called about it, their service said they would get with the owner. A week later they finally called me back and said that since I left a few things in the unit, my refund went to pay to clean it out. We're talking about almost $300 to get rid of two mattresses that weren't mine in the first place. When you call, you get some barely English speaking person who can't answer anything for you, or they just lie to you. Customer service is non-existant, stay the hell away from this business.

Good location. Well lit at night. Easy access night or day and the facility was clean. There is a waiting list so you may have to compromise on the size of your unit. Overall nice safe facility. They even provide a porta potty which was handy for my little storage helpers.

I loved everything about this place except for the roaches that swarmed my stuff. I was moving and put a bunch of my stuff in here. When I went to get it all out there were tons of roaches in almost everything, so I had to throw out most of it. Fix this roach issue and it will be an excellent facility!

Nice clean secure facility, easy online access kiosk Rates are affordable. I feel like my belongings are safe and secure and the keypad entry makes it easy to get in and out of the facility

I’ve had a storage unit here for years. We have never had any issues. I also like that they have expanded and have more security now. We are very happy customers!
