It’s a very clean facility. They did raise my rent 60% last year. I am renting in climate controlled area which had a secured door to that building. They removed the door lock on that building so I am missing an added layer of security. But other than those two matters, it’s a nice place.

January 4, 2025 I tried to get into my storage unit for only the second time ever, for the second time my gate code did not work. I called and emailed but got nothing. I put up a bad review and got a message someone would contact me, it’s now January 19, 2025 and no one has contacted me. Yesterday my monthly payment came out without a problem yet I still cannot get through the gate to put my Christmas decorations away. So, not only can I not put anything in my storage unit the things in there are not available to me. I’ve had storage units in the past from another company and never had a problem like this. Go somewhere else for your storage needs.

I was having issues with the website and Shantal was great! She was very pleasant and helped me by setting up my account an walking me through the steps I needed to take to complete my agreement and payment. She was very patient and stayed on the phone with me until I was done. Other companies can learn a lot from her CS skills. 🥰

It states you can set up online and you cannot. I submitted the rental inquiry twice online in 24 hours, never contacted me back. I finally called to get set up and that was fairly simple. The main gate has been open every time I stop to drop something off, so the secure site really doesn’t apply. Update as soon as I posted this review they contacted and fixed the gate immediately. Shamoya Assisted me with another unit and was very helpful

Shaquille was extremely friendly, helpful and most importantly, patient in assisting me with my need of an additional storage unit ASAP! Wish ALL customer representatives were so kind and professional in their daily interactions with the public! You never know on the other end of the line what dilemma and/or heartbreak a customer may be experiencing in their personal life, such as myself just losing my son!
