HL Self Storage

I have two units by this company. The first one I did all online and was in with the hour. The second one they were persistent with me and provided way more information and deals than I could have asked for. Love em and I feel safe and confident with them

I needed a storage unit for my hoarding stuff while I declutter my home. After shopping around for the size that I thought I needed and monthly cost that worked in the budget, I found HL Storage in Syracuse which is about a 12 minute drive from me. I was allowed to see the unit first to see if the size looked good for my needs. So after struggling with the paperwork online which is totally due to my totally not tech savvy self, Dave who was my communication guy helped me out. And I mean after many text exchanges on how to get my laptop to sign the agreement and send off. Dave was so kind and very helpful with me. I did figure it out, all was good. Everything was done online to secure unit and payment. Besides I probably gave him a story to talk about at his dinner table. Dave was the best. The unit 10 x 10 is a great size. Units are fenced in, electronic gate and lighted on the outside with 24 access. I also appreciate that the units are just off the main road SR 13 surrounded by gas station and fast food places that I feel help light up the place even more. Although I myself am not going there in the dark! lol Hope this is helpful for anyone debating on this storage unit facility. This is my first experience with this and so far I am well pleased.
