Alex CalienesGreat storage facility in Valparaiso. The property is clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure. The air conditioned units are a big plus, especially in Florida weather. Management is professional, responsive, and easy to work with. If you’re looking for reliable storage units in the area, this is a solid choice.

This storage facility is awful and I do not recommend storing anything here. The light bulb above my unit has been out for 6+ months and it’s pitch black above, supposedly the light is on back order while they continue raising my rent and charge $170 for 10x10 unit. I have photos of their own thermostat stating that it’s 87 degrees in our “climate controlled indoor unit” I brought this to the front desks attention and they said that temperature isn’t a problem at all and actually recommended I go spend my own money on items to insure my other items don’t moldy & get ruined. Most storage facilities offer a small military discount, my wife who is active duty army went inside to ask and the blue haired girl at the front desk happily told her this location does not offer that save your self the hassle and money and use a different facility
