Since new ownership, I have tried to reach someone in the office by both email and phone numerous times, with no response. The vmail message was for another storage facility all together and I had no idea who was getting the information, which was extremely infuriating when I couldn't get signed up for the new ownerships payment app. I didn't want to lose my unit, nor its possessions. Luckily, I finally was able to access it after several days of error messages, but still nobody called! I just recently received a text message that they want to access my unit to put in a new lock pad, and I told them about not being able to reach anyone, and that I still need to talk to someone because I had some questions, and not one word from them! Is this seriously your customer service? You would think going under new ownership that you might try to make a good impression. I can't wait to move out of there, and take my business to a place that will actually call and email me back!!!!

When we moved to Ankeny in April of 2024, we drove by AAA Storage several times trying to decide if we needed a storage unit before stopping in. They had a special rate for new customers and nice sized storage units for the price that sold us. AAA is secure, clean, staff was friendly, and this site met our needs.
