I'm a little confused why I'm not getting any notifications, letting me know that my price has gone up $30. I've been to the office and was told to email them which I did, with nothing back. And my email; has not changed since I got the rental. Also I ran into a guy from the office and asked why there was a stain in front of my unit. he said it was from condensation, in which my unit is climate controlled. Look up nothing showing where anything had been dripping. color was brown...and at times it could be cleaner in the bay area..
